This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for our digital products, memberships, and print books.
1. Digital Products (Downloads & Quiz Books)
All digital downloads and quiz books are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or if technical issues prevent you from accessing your file.
If you experience a download problem, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make sure you receive your product successfully.
2. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions
Our memberships give you access to premium quizzes, bonus content, and other exclusive features.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

You can cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing [email protected].

When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we’ll review your case.
3. Print Books Sold via Amazon
All printed quiz books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
Orders, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by Amazon’s own policies.
Please visit your Amazon account to request a refund or return for any print-book purchase.
4. Promotional Offers and Bundles
Discounted bundles, limited-time offers, or promotional pricing are non-refundable once purchased, unless a technical issue prevents delivery.
If a bundle includes both digital and subscription components, only future subscription renewals may be canceled; digital items remain final sale.
5. Payment Disputes
All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated through your payment provider, your access to products or membership content may be suspended pending resolution.
